How to switch from Office 365 Personal to Office 365 Home?

The question is simple. I have cancelled the auto-renew for Office 365 Personal. It ended on 1 June. I checked my bill statement. Last time I got billed was 1 May. I am not able to purchase Office 365 Home on office.com as it shows that my subscription is active. Microsoft asks me to contact Apple to cancel (yet my subscription has ended!) I have contacted support from Microsoft and they could do nothing about it. They could not cease my subscription from a third party (iTunes). So how do I purchase Office 365 Home?

If the subscription is being paid by the iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Just talked to the iTuens Support in HK on phone. They confirmed that my subscription has ended in Jun-01. They don't see any button for terminating my subscription as it's ended already. They asked me to call M$ again to check if they can see when my subscription will be over.
