FordPass for Apple Watch doesn't work

It would seem that you need to tap on Refresh to ensure the connection of the Watch.

Answer: 

To remote start your vehicle with your Apple Watch and FordPass™:

• You must have the FordPass™ app installed on your iPhone. 
• You must have a vehicle added to the app.
• Your vehicle must be equipped with the ​SYNC/FordPass Connect modem​.
• Your modem must be ​activated​.
• Your iPhone that contains the FordPass app must be connected to your Apple Watch via Bluetooth.

Remote Starting FordPass with the Apple Watch

1. Select the FordPass™ app from your watch screen.
2. Tap Refresh if the option appears, to ensure your connection. 
3. Press and hold the start key .

• • Note: Allow the blue line to fully orbit before releasing the button. 

1. A pop-up message will appear confirming that your request has been sent to your vehicle.
2. Tap OK.

I would say to delete the app from the watch, and then try adding it back again. If you continue to have problems with the Watch app after that, contact Ford for any support. They would be the one to provide support for their app.
