Charging Overnight Iphone7Plus

Leaving charging IPhone 7Plus overnight does it cause a problem on battery and it stop charging after reaching 100%.

No, it doesn't.

iOS does regulate the charging of your iPhone. There's no way to overcharge it, and using authentic accessories wont break it also.
