Request to refund is rejected

Hello. Please pay attention.

i haven’t purchased any order from one of app. Namely ( sultry chat ). Even

am in a country (bangladesh) where this app. Isn’t available on apple store and unable to use here. Amount of ₹3499. Has been deducted from my account. Nd now when i try to report for refund. It appears that none of reasons are matching for refund. Please tell me how can i get money back. And how can I report it.

See if this helps.


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
