Damage on the computer

I was wondering if there is anyone who can tell me what I can do with my computer that has outside damages (the machine). The salesman I bought it from in a Apple store in England told me that I have a insurance guarantee for a year. Because I tried to find a online consultant/online chat on the Apple website but I don't get any hits when I type online chatting with an expert.

Would appreciate some help/recommendation. Thank you

AppleCare+ only lessens the repair cost for accidental or cosmetic damage. If the damage is only cosmetic, then you are better off leaving things alone as the repair cost may surprise you. The following link provides details about AppleCare+ and the costs associated with a repair.
