Apple care for accidental fall coverage

I have a Macbook Pro (2018) with active AppleCare. Does anyone know how coverage works in the event of an accidental fall? Unfortunately I let my Macbook fall which resulted in a small damage but, luckily, it is still working. However, it now has this fall mark that is annoying me a lot. When I bought AppleCare the seller said that I would be entitled to coverage for damages, however I would like to confirm if fall damages are actually included.
