purchase fail

every time i try to buy something i put in my password then it says require password for aditional purchases on this device, then when i click the answer it says confirm purchase do i hit buy, then it says your purchase could not be completed, for assistants go to apple support, i click ok and i go out and it didnt purchase. i tryed updating payment methods but its $48 in gift card money, signing out and in didnt work, time, and everything else.

Have you contacted iTunes Support as instructed to do ? If not you should do so :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
