If you mean the passcode you use to open the iPad, you need to erase your iPad using the latest version of iTunes by following the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

I see you decided to post this question a second time. I'm going to guess you didn't like the answer Demo provided in your first thread. You can ask this question as many times as you want, but the answer isn't going to change.

So do us a favor and just follow the directions in the link we both provided you. It is your only way back in your iPad.
