Hello Francis Roshan Fernando.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. From the photo that you sent, it appears that there is a green bar showing in the upper right-hand corner of your iPhone screen. I'd be happy to provide a few steps that may help:

-First, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

-After ensuring that you have a current backup, you'll also want to make sure your iPhone is fully updated. Here are the steps for updating: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

-After taking both of those steps, if you still see the green area, the next step to take is to restore your iPhone using iTunes on a computer. This will erase your iPhone, but you'll be able to move it back from your backup.

Initially, you'll want to set up your iPhone as a new device to test the issue. You can find the steps to restore here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

-After restoring to factory settings, if you still see the green line, you'll want to Contact Support to explore service options.

Best of luck! Take care.
