im wondering if apple charges to put the screen on for you if you already bought the screen but i want someone to do it that wont mess it up

Apple will not install a display that you purchased yourself.
Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all. The only sources outside of Apple for a display would be salvaged parts, stolen parts, or counterfeit / knockoff parts.
