Charges on my account

I keep trying to contact you guys in unwanted charges I need a number toconract you. All you guys do is send me websites to view and it’s not helping.

here are all the charges I need to know what they are. I spoke to someone in February on some of the charges and u guys credit and removed the apps that was being charged I see it’s happening again.

i know I have monthly .99 for storage and a few games purchases but I have a lot more on there.

Nobody on here is going to call you, these are user forums and we are just fellow users as you know - and it's not a good idea to post your phone number on a public forum.


If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found them : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

contact the card issuer.


iTunes Support can only help with your iTunes account(s), and there isn't a phone number for them. If you want to contact them about your account(s) you can use the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here.

"we guys" are just users like you. Apple does not respond to this kind of problem here. Many issues can be more quickly resolved with the assistance of online information if you work your way through the pages and read them.


If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Does not mention purchases made under Family Sharing which might be charged to the organizer's card but will not appear under the organizer's purchase history or subscriptions. Ask family members about those or check your receipts.
