Charged twice for the same app
After the app store failure, I managed to reinstall the missing app but I have been charged for apps I had already purchased.
How can i get my money back ?

What 'app store failure' ? If it's exactly the same app and the same app, you should not be charged for redownloading it, if you have (i.e. it shows twice on the account's purchase history) you should contact iTunes Support.
