how do you mean? The screen will rotate all the way around and you can lock the rotation how you want it. On a main screen swipe down from the upper right corner to bring up the control center and you should see a little padlock with a circle around it. that is the rotation lock.
Beyond that, it is what it is.
I completely agree with Skydiver119’s response.
I am left handed. I even own and use left-handed scissors. I have owned several generations of iPads and never found any difficulties in using them.
