My apple devices may have been compromised

I received a phone call that my devices may have been compromised from a a caller that said to call. I usually don't respond ... rather I contact you. I don't know if the call was legit.

It's not. It's just a phishing call-- you can ignore it. If it would make you feel better, you can change your Apple ID password, but I'm sure you don't have to. The call would have just asked you for your email, password, address, credit card, and SSN, then you would be in real trouble.
