I received a phone call that my devices may have been compromised from a a caller that said to call. I usually don't respond ... rather I contact you. I don't know if the call was legit.

It's not. It's just a phishing call-- you can ignore it. If it would make you feel better, you can change your Apple ID password, but I'm sure you don't have to. The call would have just asked you for your email, password, address, credit card, and SSN, then you would be in real trouble.

It certainly wasn't legit. Apple will never initiate contact with a customer. Did you give the caller access to your Mac or any personal information. If not, there's nothing to worry about.
I received a call asking me to call Apple at phone number 275 ****, and asked to call 518 **** 4937 because of a possible breach. I prefer to contact you this way because i don't know the numbers above.

As noted, the calls are scams.
