Any MacBooks stocked in Paris, France are still going to be both French AZERTY layout ISO type keyboards. Assuming you're from the US, this contrasts heavily with an English QWERTY layout ANSI (US) type keyboard. You can easily have the Apple Store in Paris order whichever type they can but that takes 10-14 days to get anything other than an AZERTY + ISO keyboard.
Trust me, if you're from the US forget even the AZERTY vs QWERTY issue, just the fact that it's an ISO type versus an ANSI (North American) type is an even bigger difference.

Plus as also pointed out in this thread, you will be legally required to pay US Customs (import) duty taxes if you get anything over (I think) $1600, and (I think) this is at least 4%. You may want to talk to a a travel agent or someone because even looking at the US Customs site it's hard to actually tell. And if you bought it within 30 days of coming back or not, that also changes how much you might owe:
