Apple Watch activity data How can I recover lost activity achievement and data? last week I restored my iPhone after it was rebooting on the apple logo. After which I realize I had to repair my watch, so I erased and reset. I then realized all of my Apple Watch data was lost, 1 year of my activity and workouts. I DID NOT Back up my phone recently so I could not recover it from a back up. Is there any other way I can recover this ?

Activity I had to unpair and repair my watch to my phone because my activity apps weren’t connecting. After doing this I lost all my activity information for the past week. Anyway to edit or recover this information?

I have lost all activity data from my watch Is there a way of retrieving all activity data that has now disappeared from both Apple Watch and iPhone!

Have you backed up your old iPhone? Did you reinstall your new from it? If you did the health data will be there.
