How can I recover lost activity achievement and data?

last week I restored my iPhone after it was rebooting on the apple logo. After which I realize I had to repair my watch, so I erased and reset. I then realized all of my Apple Watch data was lost, 1 year of my activity and workouts. I DID NOT Back up my phone recently so I could not recover it from a back up. Is there any other way I can recover this ?

The only way is if you had a backup stored before you had your mishap.
