Hello, I have difficulties to back up WhatsApp on iCloud I have the space for it . This back up hangs at 3%.
i have tried restart the device.
i have pressed rest network settings.
deleted the old back on WhatsApp.
Still no solution . Plz help.

Are you connected to the Internet via cellular, or Wi-Fi? You would want to do this not just on Wi-Fi, but on an unrestricted Wi-Fi (such as a home/residential Wi-Fi).
You can also do an encrypted iTunes backup to a computer (Mac or Windows PC). This will capture your WhatsApp data/chat history/etc.
