iPhone is disabled and I don`t remember the answer of security question answer and icloud email is associated.

My kid iPhone is disabled and I don`t remember the answer of the security question and the only provided option is to send a code to the locked icloud email. What can I do to unable the iPhone and unlock the Apple ID?

If the actual phone is disabled : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


If an account is also locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support or If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

and if can't reset its security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

contact Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can help with it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
