Subscription cancellation & refund
I subscribed to an app, paid for the year upfront. Immediately regretted my decision. I contacted the service to cancel & get a refund since it was (still is) within 24 hours. They said I had to go through Apple to get my refund. Who do I need to speak to to get my money back? I’ve cancelled the auto renewal via my phone but that doesn’t take care of the refund.
