horizontal bar on the bottom

i would like to ask how to remove the horizontal bar on the bottom. Previously, it shows on the bottom and can see the words or drawing on the bottom but now its covers the bottom text or app as show below.

You can't. That is your "home button". Contact the developer and tell them they need to update their app.
