How can I start a 30” iMac that’s been off for two years? It goes to a question mark on a folder. It only has a wireless keyboard and mouse.

There is no such thing as a 30" iMac, however Apple has made 27" iMacs since late 2009. Please read the information in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204156
