My iPhone can't Connect to the Internet

Hey, I have a Early 2016 Space Gray iPhone SE 64gb Verizon Wireless iOS Version 12.3.1 that since this morning, has not been able to connect to the internet. It does not show that it is connected in the top, but it shows the network it is connected to in control center and settings. It says in settings it has full reception. I have tried restarting, and turning on airplane mode for 60 seconds to reset all signals. Also, if I try the cell service, even if it has 4/4 bars and it has LTE, that doesn't work either.

Can you connect anything to your wi-fi and get Internet access? You also mentioned you cannot get Internet access via Cellular as well. Is that still true?

To address your wi-fi issue, go to Settings>Wi-Fi, and while your device is connected to your home network, click on the (i) and then select Forget this network. Then go into Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Restart the phone, then attempt to connect to your home network. It will ask for the password, then see if it connects.

Okay, so let me make sure that I understand you correctly. Your first statement is that the device will not connect to the Internet. There you don't indicate if you are referring to wi-fi or cellular, but say it does not show it is connected at the top, but it shows a network in Control Center. What exactly is it showing in Control Center, and are you referring to wi-fi or cellular? Then you mention full reception in Settings. If you are referring to wi-fi, that reading is not an exact science, so it may be full signal or not. Also, if you are referring to wi-fi, are you referring to your home network? Have you tried troubleshooting your home network? Easiest thing to do is to unplug the router from power for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in. After it restarts, try and connect to the wi-fi. Next, if you connect to your Verizon network, is cellular data turned on? If yes, what did you do to test your Internet? What error or errors do you see on the screen?
