"Quality & media" option gone when printing from Pages.

How do I get the "Quality & media" option back when printing a Pages document? Right now I have to copy the text from the Pages document, past it into MS Word, and then I can select "Quality & media" and choose glossy photo paper, rear tray, etc.

Look in Printer Features which is among the items in the selector below Pages From: _ to: _.
