My iPad is not showing any update

Ectully my ipad serial number DM*****19J is not showing any update and still showing 9 version and up to dated device . Please help me to update it to the latest version .

If it's an iPad 2 or 3, or a first gen Mini (Identify your iPad model - Apple Support) it only supports up to iOS 9.3.5, it can't be updated any higher
