Cannot change region country

If want to change the region it says you cannot change the store front info. Could you please help me on that

You are now living in a new country ? Have you tried on both your phone and computer's iTunes ? If you, contact iTunes Support in your new country : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your new country's flag, the country where you now live ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
