How do I change my Country/Region? I followed the steps provided here and got stuck. It won’t let me change it. It says that I “can’t change the store front information at this time”. I’ve been trying for the last couple of months with the same unsuccessful result and the same message

In order to change your country/region, you need to cancel all subscriptions and have a zero balance in your iTunes account. Do you meet those criteria?

Also, if you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support.
