My iPhone couldn't work on any of the local network providers

Good day

I bought a second hand iphone 5s whilst i was on holiday in London.

When i came back to South Africa my iphone couldnt work on any of the local network providers.

How do i unlock my iphone so i can use it in my country?

Only the carrier can unlock the device.
