Update payment information

I have lost my debit card and my phone won’t let me remove it’s payment details or add a new payment method?

what does one do in this case?

What happens when you try to remove the card? See if anything in here applies to you.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
