Requesting a refund

an app force me to purchase an in app purchase because instead off closing the app with the home button the fingerprint Id purchase the app now I’m short on my bills and everytime I tried calling Apple the reject my calls and they won’t respond to my email I need back my money because the app is trash and I did not want to do that purchase it just went ahead and took my $71.99 someone please contact me to resolve this issue please!!

You can request a refund only by reporting this to Apple. Check this: Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support
