MacOS crashes when trying to download Captain Marvel in iTunes

Why does MacOS crash when I try downloading Captain Marvel in iTunes? No other movie does this. Each time I try it crashes and I’m forced to do a cold reboot. I don’t want to stream the movie through iTunes because for some reason it chooses the worst possible picture quality. As a side note, I don’t know if it matters but I had the movie downloaded a week ago but iTunes decided to delete it from my downloaded movies. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Also, wasn’t sure where to post this since it concerns MacOS and iTunes.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Please post a few of the most recent Panic reports.

Look for the Kernel Panic reports at:

Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

<http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2546>

<http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200553>

The panic report should have ".panic" in the file name.
