I have been using comcast email forever, just changed over to a new gmail account..
my apple watch still has my old gmail account I deleted and need to sync my new account to my series 3 watch..I have the 10 max iphone

You need to add the new email first in your iPhone’s mail app. I think you should find all the steps in Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
When the new email is working in your phon’s mail app it should also appear in the watch app’s mail setup, and you just need to set it as available on the watch.
In the Watch app on your phone, go to Mail>Accounts.
I have tried that, it still shows my deleted gmail account. I need it to say my new account...
