How do you import music in PC iTunes to iPhone 8Plus?

How can I import music in PC iTunes program (Windows OS 7 Pro) to my 8Plus iPhone? Can the PC be synced music wise with my iPhone? I wish to have the music I purchased on iTunes exported to my iPhone 8Plus. Thank you.
