Battery for iphone

I purchased a new battery a month ago. Today battery is not charging. Is it possible that the charger chord is bad

It's either that or the charger block if you're plugging it into one. It may also be worth cleaning out the charging port as this can collect fluff & lint. Just use the end of a paper clip to scrape it out.


If you go to your Settings/Battery/Battery Health it should show as 100%. If not then maybe you have been sold a dud battery.
