What can I do to reset my phone? I received a cellular update fail and cannot make calls or text
Connect the iPhone to a strong and stable wi-fi network. Open the “Settings” on the iPhone then go to “General” > “About” and scroll down to the 'Carrier' section, then wait a few moments, if a carrier update appears tap on “Update” to install it on the iPhone.
