Cellular update failed

I got a massage from my IPhone- Cellular update failed, your IPhone can’t make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated

What should I need to do?

Cellular Update Failed —> If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart
