Hi,
Not sure if people were able to resolve this. I upgraded my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2 and suddenly my phone lost the ability to connect to mobile/carrier signal. It just shows "SOS" on the top. The list of options displayed in Settings -> Cellular also looks very different.
Any idea how to resolve this?

ios 16.2. sending sos signal and no carrier network. apple bailed out said call verizon. verizon now 5 hours on phone has no clue. looked at all web chat and message boards. no obvious fix. rebooted phone hard. loaded new ios 16.2. did carrier upgrade. sending sos to all my contacts. sherriff here twice. apple + verizon= disaster. get it together people.

Thanks. I was able to resolve this with my carrier. But why did this happen only after upgrading my phone to iOS 16.2?
It could be anything from coincidence to iOS 16.2 used new parameters for the carrier that the carrier wanted Apple to include with iOS 16.2.
