How can you key in 2FA code on first gen Ipad? Current IOS is 5.1.1. Trying to log into Apple store to update an app. Because of 2FA, I'm unable to sign in. It does not provide a place to enter the code.

If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123.
