I am unable to log in using my Apple ID

I am unable to log in using my Apple ID, have reset my password more than once, but message appears, “This E mail address is not available Choose a different address” The Email address I use is what I receive Emails and updates from Apple through.

Sounds to me like you selected the option to create a new account instead of signing in with an existing account.
