Every time I send an email, Mail sends it twice. This can be annoying to the recipients and I'd like to resolve it.
The recipient receives two emails and I sent one so there is a duplicate each time at their end. Using hotmail account on my end.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?

hello! Nope. Sends double to everybody, when sending from browser there’s no doubling. And destination seems to be working just fine, it’s just me.
Does this doubling also happen when sending mail from the Hotmail web mail interface?
Is this doubling arising with all recipients, or just with one recipient?
Is the recipient having the doubling with any other senders?
