The SIM card inserted on this phone does not appear to be supported

hi. I've been reset my iphone ,and then when i tried to put my sim card in ,this has shown up.

seriously what is the problem?!!!

The message is self explanatory...

The phone is carrier locked. Until it is unlocked, it can ONLY be used with a SIM provided by the carrier it's locked to.

ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it.
