I'm using the Activity app on my Apple Watch 4 (no Cellular) to record a Trekking trip.
All is working fine except the Elevation that remain to zero... and I am sure that during my journey the altitude has risen considerably...
Any help?

There may be a problem with the barometric sensor. Try unpairing the watch and pairing it again. You might also want to contact Apple Support and have them run a hardware diagnostic.

Thanks! Unpairing and pairing again the Apple Watch seems to have solved the problem.
Try resetting your Watch by pressing in the crow and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
If you unpair it and set up with the back up from the same watch, you shouldn't lose anything.
My guess is that you may have a hardware issue, though.
