Me sale error en el Touch ID

No se qué pasó, pero no me deja poner ni una sola huella. Cada que ingreso para colocar mi huella, me sale “Error” no se que hacer, alguien pudo resolver este tema?

ERROR EN EL NOMBRE DE QUIEN RECIBIRÁ EL PRODUCTO Hola, escribí mi nombre al momento de realizar la compra de un celular, pero es otra persona quien lo recibirá, no me encuentro en ese lugar para poder recogerlo. Cómo puedo solucionar mi problema?
