Cellular connectivity

I stay in India. I had purchased apple watch series 3 model A1861 cellular but I didn't knew this model would only work in USA and Canada. As e sim are activated in India the model with A1891 has been activated,so what should I do to activate on my watch.

Apple Watch series 7 Cellular compatibility Hi, my friend is getting me an Apple Watch series 7 cellular from UAE (Dubai), will the cellular feature work in India? min the compatibility section on the website the model sold in both UAE and India fall under the same category, but just wanted to double check and how to activate it? Please let me know.

You can't. The watch you purchased is not compatible with cellular networks in India at all.
