Hi, I accidentally delete my photos with icloud the day before yesterday, I thought that I was browsing the photo from the iphone 6s device when I entered my apple id in the new device saw that my photos are not there, can you restore all the strobe information from my iCloud in the last 5 days ?

If you entered the same Apple ID on a new device, have you gone to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and made sure Photos syncing is on? Have you allowed time for the sync to complete? Photos syncing is very, very slow.
Have you checked the Photos app and at iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if there is a Recently Deleted album you can restore the photos from?
