Can’t Receive Incoming Calls

Hello. I’m currently using iPhone 7 & iOS 12.3.1 it was working good, but when I got a call from my friend & I tried to receive it didn’t so I thought my finger might be wet so I cleaned up my iPhone and fingers tried again but couldn’t receive call it was frozen on the incoming call screen. So I restarted my iPhone it happened again then I Hard Reset my iPhone then Reset all Settings but it’s the same issue again and again. iPhone works fine i can make calls and every thing but it can’t receive any call, I tried replacing the sim with my brother sim it’s the same problem. It’s happening since iOS 12.3.2 update came for iPhone 8 Plus. Is someone having the same

problem with iPhone? Please help me
