My phone (IPhone 11), has almost completely stopped making calls. I suspect it’s a setting like ESIM Please help

Thought my phone got wet so pulled SIM card to check indicator. It was dry. Put SIM card back in and now it will not make or hold a call I suspect it may just be a setting like the ESIM thingy that I know nothing about. It does data fine It shows 2-3 bars signal but dial a call and they drop out. Can someone help?

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
