Apple TV 4K not working after software update

Apple TV that was working fine stopped working after an auto software update. All we get is yellow box with an exclamation mark asking to contact Apple support. Unplugging and plugging it back does nothing, and restart using the remote is not working.

My apple tv 4k light is flashing and is not responsive My Apple TV 4K stopped working. It does not respond to the remote, has a slow flashing light, and no longer transmits a signal to the TV. I have tried unplugging everything (power and HDMI) for an extended time before reconnecting (even to a different HDMI port on the TV) to no avail.

Apple tv is just blinking What to when the Apple tv just blinks and does not respond to the remotes signal? The screen tells me to contact support (triangle message). The remote is charged. I have tried to disconnect power an signal cabel.

This is not Apple Support, as intended by that message.

With the Apple TV 4K, a technician will have to reinstall the software, if you can’t do so through the menus.

Make an appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or start a service request by postage.
