App Kahoot withdrew the money for a yearly subscription without my permission to bypass the app store. Please help me to return the money for an unnecessary subscription and oblige to carry out all payments Kahoot! Through the payment system of the app store!

How did you subscribe to it, directly with the developer (which it looks like via your screenshot) or via your iTunes account ? If direct with the app's developer contact the developer.
If via your iTunes account then purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Payment went through their application, but the developer says that this apple has written off the money! and stop responding ... can apple cancel the transaction?
iTunes Support can only potentially refund you if you purchased it via your iTunes account (it shows on the iTunes account's purchase history ?) - if that is the case see my previous reply.
