All my Candy Crush lives go to my iPhone instead of my iPad

I barely ever play CC on my phone yet I have 159 lives. I always play on my iPad (every day) and that is where I request lives. I have Zero. They are going to my phone instead. I have tried reinstalling the app. I have tried syncing but as you know that just gets you to where you left off. Syncing has nothing to do with Lives or Boosters.


If I play on my PC I do get lives there. However, I purposefully no longer request lives on my PC or Phone hoping they will JUST go to my iPad. But they don't.


I cannot remove my Candy Crush Phone App because I don't want to lose the 159 lives now that my iPad is useless. Plus, I have done that in the past and it did not help. It just deletes the lives I have on my phone. I have done massive searches online and nothing has come up. The answers are always about the syncing which does not fix my issue.


The worst part is my iPhone 6, although large for a phone, is not fun to play CC on. It's too small and not enjoyable.

You need to reach out to Candy Crush's support for help.


It sounds like you're not signed in to your Facebook account or something similar on the iPad.
